about me

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I have over 10 years’ experience within the fitness industry. My specialities lie in rehabilitation from muscle imbalance and injury, and also correct exercise to enhance weight loss safely and for the long term.

I aim to support: beginners, those who have tried before and failed, busy people with stressful lives, people with illnesses in need of rehabilitation – in fact there is no-one who won’t benefit from guided exercise built into their lives.

I care deeply about my clients’ progress and want to help them get results quickly.

Personal training isn’t about shouting at someone to make them exercise. For me it’s about the twelve years’ experience and education I have behind me, which allows me to instruct clients to quickly get where they want to be.

I want to share with you the real reasons I do what I do. I’m no salesman so you won’t find me trying to sell to you. You won’t find me palming you off on lesser qualified trainers either.

I can help anyone, any age. I can offer you a tailored plan to assist you in reaching your goals. I can offer you daily support so when times get tough and you come across barriers I’m there to support you on the end of the phone.

I can help you lose weight, tone up, gain strength and improve conditioning. So, whatever you want from your Personal Training sessions I can assist….. but I can not help you unless you want to commit. Commitment is a key factor when achieving your goals, if you’re not committed then goals can not be reached.
